Where we ship
We ship Box of Cats merch worldwide to ~30 countries, with two flat shipping bands. Music downloads and Nine Lives Club digital content are delivered electronically and have no shipping fee.

Estimates start from when your order is dispatched, not when it's placed. Orders are usually packed and posted within 3–5 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking when available.

Customs and duties (international)
For orders shipping outside Australia, you may be charged import duties, VAT, or customs fees on arrival in your country. These are not included in our shipping fee and are the buyer's responsibility. Refusing a parcel because of customs charges doesn't entitle you to a refund.

Free shipping
Yearly Nine Lives Club members receive their free tee shipped to anywhere we ship, at no charge.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, you'll get an email with a tracking number where available. You can also check status by replying to your order confirmation email.
Lost or delayed parcels
Australian orders should arrive within 8 business days; international within 21. If yours hasn't shown up after that window:
- Check your tracking number for any "held for collection" or address-issue notes.
- Check with your local post office — international parcels often get held without notification.
- If still missing, email merch@boxofcatsmusic.com with your order number. If the carrier confirms it's lost, we'll replace the item at our cost.
Incorrect address
Double-check your address before submitting your order. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to confirm the correct one. You'll be charged actual return + re-send postage. Lost parcels due to wrong addresses aren't covered for replacement.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, reply to your order email as soon as possible. If we haven't shipped yet we can usually update it; once it's posted we can't redirect.
