Where do I get my download after buying music?
After checkout, your download appears on the success page and is also emailed to the address used at checkout. If the email is slow, use the order lookup page with your order ID.
My download link expired or I cannot find my order email. What should I do?
Use order lookup to resend your download link. If that does not work, email orders@boxofcatsmusic.com with your order ID and checkout email.
What format are the music downloads?
Music purchases are WAV downloads where available, with DJ-friendly versions prioritised on the store. Streaming buttons can take you to Spotify when you want to hear the release there.
What currency do you charge in?
Checkout is charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Some store pages may show an approximate secondary currency for easier browsing, but Stripe processes the final AUD amount.
Merch & sample packs
When will my merch ship?
Merch timing depends on stock and destination. See the Shipping Policy for current handling and delivery notes.
Can I change size or quantity after ordering?
Email merch@boxofcatsmusic.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been packed yet, we will do our best to update it.
How do digital products like sample packs work?
Digital products are delivered by download link after checkout, the same as music orders. Keep your order email handy in case you need to recover the link later.
Nine Lives Club
How do I access the Nine Lives Club portal?
Use the member login page with the email attached to your active subscription. If your subscription is active and login still fails, email members@boxofcatsmusic.com.
How does the yearly tee work?
Yearly MVP members are eligible for one free tee each 12-month membership cycle while the subscription is active. The portal will show the request option when the next tee window is available.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. Monthly members can cancel through Stripe billing. Yearly memberships remain active for the paid 12-month term. If you are unsure about your status, email members@boxofcatsmusic.com.
Demos & contact
Where do I submit demos?
Use the demo submission link on the site footer. Please send links rather than attachments, and include artist name, track title, and contact details.
